Reschedule and cancellation policy
Terra Lune requires that services are paid in full at the time of booking. A booking can be rescheduled once, provided that the reschedule is requested 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Non-attendance, rescheduling more than once, or attempting to reschedule within the 24-hour period prior to the scheduled appointment time will forfeit the full price of the booked service.
Requests for reschedule or cancellation are to be submitted on the Contact page of the website or by email to terralune.au@gmail.com.
Terra Lune reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or change the location of your appointment, particularly in the case of unsuitable weather. In this situation, Terra Lune will attempt to contact you as soon as possible by email and/or SMS.
Terra Lune is a small business that values our clients dearly, but we also need to protect our time and expenses for our little venture and thank you for your understanding.
Informed consent and waiver
Terra Lune provides services that are wholeheartedly intended to assist clients to connect with their authentic self and the energy of the natural world.
Terra Lune does not provide any diagnoses, medical or otherwise.
The client is responsible for ensuring that they honour and meet their own personal and medical needs - including choosing not to participate in aspects that may affect their wellbeing - and cease a session if experiencing any pain or discomfort. Terra Lune will not be held liable for any injury, pain, discomfort, or other medical issue/s before, during, or after a session.
The services offered by Terra Lune are not a substitute for medical care or legal/financial advice. Any comments made in session must not be interpreted as medical, legal, financial, or other advice. Clients are expected to practice free will and make any decisions of their own accord.
Any aspects of divination should be considered to be for entertainment purposes.
Booking a session with Terra Lune waives and releases Terra Lune and its practitioner/s from any and all liability, past, present, and future, relating to services offered.
Things to keep in mind
Guidance, not guarantees
Readings can highlight possibilities, patterns, and insights, sometimes pointing towards the future and sometimes inviting deeper reflection on the present. Readings are intuitive and interpretive by nature, not exact or absolute.
Come with curiosity
The most meaningful sessions happen when you approach with an open mind and willingness to reflect. Honest feedback, emotional presence, and thoughtful responses help deepen the work. You don’t need to believe everything or have it all make immediate sense; just staying curious can open doors you weren’t expecting.
Not every message will land… right now or ever
Cards, artworks, and strengths narratives can have a myriad of interpretations. Some insights will resonate instantly, while others may take time to unfold. Divinatory messages may point to future potentials or deeper layers that are not yet visible. You might find certain interpretations or symbols take on meaning only after further reflection… or not at all. No reader (or practitioner in any profession!) is 100% accurate.
We are co-creators
Readings are a two-way process. The energy you bring and the insights you share influence the depth and direction of the reading. The way you feel when a card is drawn or a symbol is described matters. Your reflections are just as valuable as anything I say. You are not a passive recipient. You’re the expert on your own life, and your voice and presence are part of the magic.
No fate but what we make
Readings should be considered in the context of the energy in which they are performed. They can illuminate possibilities, but they don’t dictate your path. You have the power to shift direction, make new decisions, and write your own story at any time. Third parties and dynamics can be explored within readings, but you are encouraged to focus primarily on yourself and areas that are within your power to influence.
Timing is fluid
It’s natural to want to know ‘when’, and readings can sometimes offer timing clues, e.g., very soon, a few months, or slow going. However, time in intuitive space doesn’t necessarily follow a straight line, and many factors can shift if, how, and when things come to pass. Timing should be considered a soft guide, not a promise.

Readings can touch on sensitive themes. While I hold space with compassion and integrity, readings are not a substitute for professional advice or care when needed. Your wellbeing must always be your top priority, and I may gently encourage you to seek appropriate professional support where I feel it’s necessary.
